The previous: Muguruza seeks her first title of the year against a very complicated and indefeated rival in 2018, Kvitova

    The Previous: Administration

The Spanis tennis player, Garbiñe Muguruza is looking for this afternoon (16:00, TV), her first title of 2018, the WTA Premier 5 of Doha (Qatar) and she does it against a very complicated opponent, the Czech Petra Kvitova, undefeated in what she We have been scored, WTA St. Petersburg), a left-handed and powerful player especially with his firts services that has already won Muguruza on three of the four occasions the have faced.

And is that since the Masters of Singapore 2015 when Garbiñe won by Petra by (6-4), (4-6) and (7-5) since then, the Czech tennis player has overtaken the Spanish in the three clashes in Stuttgart 2016 (6-1), (3-6) and (6-0), Beijing 2016 (6-1), (6-4) and US Open 2017 (7-6) (3), (6-3).

In favor of Muguruza lies the weariness of Kvitova who played, more than two and a half hours, the semi-final against Wozniacki something that did not happen to the Spaniard who, after Halep´s injury, did not play a single minute in the semi-finals of that tournament. In addition, whatever happens in the final today, Garbiñe will be from tomorrow world number 3 (currently number 4) although Kvitova, if you need to win the Doha Premier 5 tournament to return to the top 10 (currently is the number 21 of the ranking).

Kvitova defeated the current number one, Wozniacki and will play the final against Muguruza

     Drafting: Administration

Petra Kvitova continues her winning streak, 12 consecutive (won in St. Petersburg and both Fe Cup matches win her national team, the Czech Republic) and after defeating in the semifinals of the Doha Premier 5 (Qatar), in three sets (3-6), (7-6) (3), (7-5), will play the final of that tournament against the Spanish, Garbiñe Muguruza who agreed to the final, without contesting the semifinals, for the injury of the Romanian, Simona Halep.

However, despite the victory, Kvitova suffered to defeat Wozniacki, not in vain, the Danish won the first round and had a break in their favor in the second set (0-2), at wich time Kvitova resurfaced to make clear his good form, match the match after scoring the second set (7-6) (3) and take the match to the third set definitive.

In an even third set, Wozniacki had two chances to tie at 6 but Kvitova saved those situations and took the final set (7-5), the match and sealed the pass to Sunday´s final against Muguruza (16:00, TV).
